Try our new Umami Burger! Our Umami burger is ground and mixed with 4 different cuts of beef: short rib, flap, skirt, and kobe! (cooked to your preference.) Our pattys are seasoned to perfection with our house seasoning. Our Umami burger comes complete with parmesean crisps on top, sun dried tomatoes, shitaki mushrooms, caremelized onions, umami ketchup and a toasted potato bun!
