For this project you will be assigned a team and scenario posted to black board. You task is to fill-in a set of OSHA documents with the information you learned about an employee injury. Then you will need to create a short video or ppt to present to the class at our next meeting of how your team interpreted and reported the incident. Do not turn the forms into OSHA. Please turn them in on black board with a link to your video presentation or ppt.
