Project Description
Working in groups of 2-3 students, we had decided upon what type of video to create using the skills we developed over the course of entire semester. This 2 min video is a travel film about visiting Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree.
Reflection
This project was interesting to work on as video editing on Adobe Premier isn’t something that I was that familiar with. Over the entire semester, I developed valuable skills to further enhance what I already knew and I helped. While I do enjoy the way the final video came out there were some aspects of filming that proved to be a challenge. One of these challenges was how the videos were captured, I had been using my phone and couldn’t get all the shots I wanted without making the video unstable. To solve this problem, I tried to capture as many angles and movements as possible to make the video interesting. Overall, I think the video came out great and if I were to make something similar to it in the future I would like to bring better equipment with me.
