All,
Hope you are well.
Tomorrow marks the final round of presentations—congratulations on reaching this milestone!
This is a kind reminder to finalize your ePortfolio by the end of this week. Please ensure that all culmination project–related materials are clearly organized and accessible so that the faculty can find and evaluate your work.
You can find the submission guidelines at the following link. Be sure to double-check that you have uploaded everything required:

If you produced a short film, you must also e-mail your video link to the ENT & MTEC faculty. It was supposed to happen before the presentations. If you did not/have not, please do it immediately. Faculty contact information is available here:

Dear all,
Tomorrow (Thursday) is your big day!
When you arrive on the first floor of Voorhees (in ENT/MTEC classrooms), you will be informed which room to go to with your poster. Your poster should be mounted on a board—please make sure it is ready to display. The department will provide an easel for each of you.
Please note: The poster is only for the poster session. You do not need to bring it to your final presentation next week.
All the best!

For those who are producing a short video project:
At the latest, two days before your presentation, you need to send an email to most, if not all of the ENT and MTEC faculty and staff members with a link to your video. It could be an unlisted YouTube link. This will give the faculty and staff an enough time to watch the film before your presentation.
In your email, be sure to:
Introduce yourselves professionally (assume the recipients don’t know you)
Clearly explain why you are writing
Provide the film’s title, a brief summary, and its duration
Specify the date, time, and location of your final presentation
Your e-mail can be one or two short paragraphs. I recommend sending your current cut of the film. If you’re still fine-tuning, you can mention that briefly.
Even if are working on a different project other than video, you could sent out an e-mail to have many attendees!
You can find faculty and staff email addresses through the department’s directory page:
