It’s Time to Start Working on Project #2!
Now that you have completed a draft of Project #1 and received feedback, it’s time to start actively working on Project #2.
Directions
Write two paragraphs in response to the following prompt:
- What will you do differently in Project #2 versus Project #1? In other words, what lessons can you apply to your second project based on your experience with your first project and the feedback you received?

This is class discussion work for our online course. Please post your response as a comment. These are due by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. during the Week they are assigned, making this one is due 11/15/20. A complete response is worth up to 15 points.
In Project 1, I talked about my future goals. I talked a lot about where I see myself In the future. I mentioned alot about fixing myself so I can have confidence in my self. I talked alot about finally believing that ” I am truly ok”. The goal is to wait for happiness to come to me. I want to be able to save up money, so I can live comfortably in the future.
In project two, I want to give my teacher a insiders view on which assignment was my favorite. I explained why it was my favorite. I talked about how I felt in this class and what I would’ve preferred. I talked about my lack of motivation because of this pandemic. I realized that I have to find the motivation to do the work or i will not be able to keep up.
In project 1, I wrote about the experiences that I went through, things that I liked or loved, something that affected me, and things that shaped my life along with various other things. However, in project 2, I will focus on the goals that I have for the future and reflect on ideas about myself that were developed throughout this semester. Besides, in this project, I will be focusing on how my perspective has changed throughout this semester, reflect how I will take what I learned this semester to my future classes plus in my professional life, and what my plan is to build on my success in learning.
There are lessons that I can apply to my second projects, such as when we discussed different articles that we had analyzed, which can be used by seeing how the author of the articles has written or the way that they put out the message of their article or how they had their article structured in an organized manner. As for the feedback that I received for project one, I have learned to check twice using the right format that I was told to do it in. Furthermore, to be more direct when I say things plus give some details when explaining something. Finally, being careful about what I am writing is because sometimes, what you write won’t connect to your whole essay.
In project 1 I focused on a life changing experience and how it affected me personally. For project 2 I want to focus mainly on my education and goals in life. Project 2 has specific points that we have to talk about which is why I don’t plan on focusing on what changed my life forever like in project 1 but I hope to focus of on my abilities beyond that, I want to focus on my life after the situation and how much I’ve grown from it. Not only that but I want to include how covid has changed my education experience and college experience, I would like to focus on the things I’m doing in order to stay on track and do well. I would also like to mention my goals and the things that I’ve learned so far that Ill continue to carry throughout my college experience.
After going through the feedback I received on project 1 I learned that its okay to be different and expand my essay in a different manner. Another thing I want to is better myself when writing project 2 by actually guiding the reader, I want to make sure everything is in place in order for everyone to read it and understand my point of view. Another thing when writing project 2 is that I want to start my essay more clearly and develop the essay in detail as it goes. For the next project I would want to make sure to rereading it before submitting it to make sure its at the best of my ability and so I don’t lose points over silly mistakes. Lastly I would try to start it earlier in order to have the chance to actually ask for help.
Sorry I forgot to skip a line to make my paragraphs noticeable but the second paragraph begins where it saids “after going through the feedback I received on project 1”.
In project 1, I expressed my feelings about a particular situation I have encountered earlier this year and how I have coped with it. In project 2, I will express the change of ideas I came up with throughout this semester and the short-term and long-term goals I will achieve. In this project, I will also share how I have been very determined and serious about future semesters and graduation. Another thing I will like to write about in project 2 is the struggle in time management with work from my 7 classes I am currently taking and the faith I have in myself in passing all my classes with great grades. The lessons I learned from project 1 such as critical thinking, not writing a introduction, making outlines,etc I will use for project 2. It has teach me to be more organized in ideas for my essays and to have the essays written very smoothly without procrastination. I will work on the structure of the essay and for my writing to be more clear based on the feedback from project 1.

In project 1 I want to focus mainly on what I want my goals to be for the future and my career path. I want to be very specific and I want to show my readers what I want my future to be like. Instead of going into details about every thing I like and enjoy I want to stick with one plan and go from there. I want to show my reader what that plan for my future is and the different goals I want to accomplish. In addition, for project 1 I want to tell the reader how it is like doing school online and how it has changed me both positively and negatively. Although online has become very difficult for me, I want to be able to explain how it has not stop me from Gigi giving up and working even harder to reach my goals although procrastination has been a very big issue.
For project 1 I also want to include my strengths and weaknesses and how my strengths and weaknesses helped me become a better person. My weaknesses helped me improve in stuff I felt like I wouldn’t be able to improve in and how has shown me a lot. Lastly, I want to show my readers the different lessons I have learned growing up and how those lessons helped shape me into the person I am today. After reviewing my comments from project 2, I need to organize my ideas better.
In this project, I would like to focus on the reasons that led me to continue studying, despite the pandemic, above all, on the ideas and conclusions most relevant to me as a student. I consider that many of these ideas were already written or at least mentioned in the assignment of the forty paragraphs and project 1, but not explained in this context (pandemic), so in this part of the project, I would like to express the vision that I have from my career, if I have projected plans or not for my professional future, and the goals and objectives. I think this topic is a good start for this essay project2.
In project 1 I wanted to empathize with some situations with my classmates and also share with the teachers what it is like to be a student in times of pandemic. In this project 2, I would like to focus on the thoughts and ideas that led me to continue studying. The lessons I learned along the way and the decisions that shaped and way my journey as a person and as a student, so a thoughtful essay in this regard is interesting to develop. The comments I received from project 1 were of great help to organize my ideas and conclusions, I am doing my best to be more precise and conclude my ideas.
