One thing I noticed since I started the internship has to be that communicating can of course be a pain in the butt. While my supervisor encouraged me to ask questions I kind of did not feel like emailing her too much because I feel like I am being really annoying and I did not want to come off like that. overall I think I did a good job between balancing out communication and getting the job done while. I definitely think that I will enjoy an office job if this is just a little bit of what it will be like.
I find that I enjoy working with other people when we are all doing our own thing, kind of like parallel playing. I know it won’t always be like that but it would be nice if it was. I think there are things I need to work on. mostly my being an introvert and needing to speak up and ask more questions. I just need to keep that in mind and remind myself of it.
