A topic I am passionate about is the practice of self care. What is self care? Self care is the action taken by an individual to better their health mentally, spiritually, and physically. There are many things that categorize under the topic of self care which is doing skin care routines, eating healthier, working out, participating in your favorite hobbies, spending time with your family/friends, etc. I am a person who is strong about self care especially because it promotes self love for yourself. It is extremely important to take care of yourself to provide serotonin and stability.  We all go through something deep in our lives that may impact our health in time. The way we can take care of ourselves is to do the things you love, to reward yourself, and just go on a complete detox with everything. I feel that this topic is important for the society of people since lots of people lack self love for themselves. Without self love, there is no self care.
