Alright, so it’s the beginning of the school semester. I was hoping to land an internship opportunity but here I am, in class, with nothing to show. This is my second time taking this class.

Quick Backstory: The last time I was in school was probably in 2016. I was interning as a concept artist for a company called Hard Magic Publishing along with my homie. Unfortunately, I was being hit left and right with plenty of personal issues in my life and I couldn’t focus on finishing the internship or the class. Eventually, I just stopped caring. It wasn’t long until I dropped out after. 

Anyway, I could keep going on about all that personal stuff but this is about me tryna get an internship. This time around, I’m in a better head space and I just want to get school over with so ya boy is back.

I’m glad that I have professor Goetz again though. I’m sure she doesn’t want me messing up again. I’m going hard. Luckily I was able to create a portfolio website through my adobe creative suite subscription.

Anyway, with this portfolio site, I applied to a lot of internships and managed to get two replies back and have some interviews coming up so hopefully, this goes smoothly for me.
