Reflection: About thumbnail: The image linked with the article has a heavy emphasis on shame and humiliation. I say this due to several factors like the mouths in the background giving the illusion of a crowd laughing. Then theres also the image to the right depicting a man getting publicly humiliated placed next to a bunch of people recording on phones meant to obviously represent the internet/social media.

P2: About article: This Wired article goes into detail about the consequences of unwanted attention going famous on the internet provides. I chose this article for my project because of the real world implications and the fact that a lot of people tend to be famous off of one dumb thing that they got clipped from and there have been tons of examples of the fame affecting them negatively.

Examples used in the article include an Australian women being the target of a prank where she is given a bouquet of flowers leading her to be ridiculed harshly while the guy who carried out the prank was praised. Another example was when a tiktok channel was called out for filming homeless people. It continues to explain how common its become to exploit strangers, kids and even the mentally ill just for a bit of internet brownie points.

P3: About illustration: Reflection: This is my illustration based on the article above. The whole idea behind it is to convey the simple message of not making people out to look like fools on the internet. I deliberately made the figure look uncomfortable to further emphasize it as well.
