Reflection #11

Over the course of the semester so far, you have had the chance to learn more about your field of study at City Tech. What is something interesting or important that you have learned about your major? (You can share more than one thing!)

What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out as a new student at City Tech in your major?

Learning 2D and isometric drawings is a great start those skills are the foundation of your major and will help you with more advanced work later on.

New students in your major should definitely focus on mastering the basics and practicing their drawings. It makes everything else much easier.

      Nice job!

      Hi Preston,

Learning isometric (isoview) and orthographic (orthoview) drawings is a key part of your major. Mastering these early on will make more advanced design work much easier.

Keep practicing, and you’ll get even more comfortable with these skills!
