The Unofficial Transcript is a free, printable version of a student’s official transcript. The Unofficial Transcript includes student’s past classes taken, the grades the students have received for those classes, the overall GPA, and the total credits earned.
How to Find/View Unofficial Transcript
Step 1: After you’re logged in, click on Self-Service on the Enterprise Menu on upper left hand side.
Step 2: Click on Student Center.
Step 3: Next to your Class Schedule, there is a Quick Links rectangular box.
Step 4: Click on the down arrow and a list of different options will show up.
Step 5: Click on Transcript: View Unofficial (it’s the 12th option or second to last option).
Step 6: Once you select the option, click on the blue circle.
Step 7: Under Academic Institution, select NYC College of Technology. Under Report Type, select Student Unofficial Transcript (this is the only option you will be given).
Step 8: Then click on View Report (green button).
**Make sure your Internet Pop Up Blocker is turned off. Your Unofficial Transcript will pop up in a new window**
Step 9: Once you Unofficial Transcript had downloaded completely, you can print or save as a pdf file.
I would like to view my unofficial transcript, but the instructions speaks of logging in; I am not a current student, do I need some type of password to log in? How do I obtain this? Please advise. Have a great weekend.

I googled: NYC college of technology student center.
Then I clicked on: Resources and went to the Unofficial Transcript PDF
Then I clicked the link located in step one.
Follow the steps in the PDF, and you’ll get the most current copy of your transcript.
Use the username and password you had while you were attending the college if you are a former student like myself. Be sure to log in every few months to keep the account active.

I would like to know how to calculate my GPA. HOWEVER, there are a few
things I do not understand. After the letter grade, there are two columns
with the same information A 3.0 3.0. What do the decimals represent?
Is it quality points 3.0 and 3.0 quality hours?
