My name is Chuchana Paul, I am 25 years old. I am hard working and enjoy challenges. As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be in the medical field. Initially I wanted to be a doctor. However, after gaining my first experiences in the medical field I discovered that Nursing was my calling. My passion is to provide direct care to individuals, offering compassion, and my knowledge/expertise to the community. I am a strong believer that hard work, determination and good planning will get you your desires. It is my goal to help as many people as I can through the course of my practice. Every interaction I have with a client is an opportunity to teach them something new, to improve the quality of their lives. One individual can be enough to change a person’s life. I am the first person in my family to graduate college. For me this is a great achievement and I am proud of myself and my accomplishment. However, I know this is not the end of my aspirations or self actualization. My goal for the future is to become a Nurse Practitioner in the next ten years. Over that time span I plan to travel the world doing volunteer work during my times I’m not working.
