Hello Students! Just a reminder, by 12 noon today (Tu Nov 25), please send me an email with your (current draft) “Question Presented” that you plan to include in your research memo on the Kahn v. Randall case! We’ll review some or all of them in class (anonymously) and provide each other with ideas and suggestions. Please also bring your copy of the Tobin v. Grossman case so we can discuss how it affects our analysis of Kahn v. Randall. Finally, please bring your Westlaw credentials so we can practice legal research!
