This office is a government agency that prosecutes criminal cases in Manhattan. It deals with a lot of different cases, from theft to murder, and it often works on well-known investigations. I chose this office because I want to work in law enforcement and am interested in criminal justice. I would learn about criminal law, how to prepare for a trial, and how prosecutors build cases if I worked here. I found out from their website that the office has a lot of specialized units, like Major Economic Crimes and Special Victims.
I would like to work at the center of constitutional right which is a non profit organization located 666 Broadway, New York, NY 10012.This Organization focus on civil liberties, and human rights litigation, and activism.The people of this organization deals with religious/racial justice to sexual abuse and many more. This place interests me because how small it is and how it seems “all for one and one for all”. There are two attorneys present on the website who are women who played essential roles in State criminal court proceedings and are now on the side of the defense. So, they have a great insight on how the prosecution works and their strategies and, I believe, gives them an aid on how to carry out their cases. They practice a variety of criminal law such as sex crimes, murder, white collar crimes, hate crimes, and much more. So, working here will definitely aid me professionally and in my academics. By taking a look at many law firms during my research, The Fast Law Firm’s website caught my interest. The website is full of informations about the services that they offer, introductions on the team, and many other things.
I chose this law firm because it is very straightforward, and after calling, I found them very helpful, which is what I want to do: help people.

This firm interest me because i am not a born American and they are helping people that are in a position where they can live a better life living in America.they are keeping immigrated families together, making sure they know their rights. As a paralegal , I would want to learn from lawyers that are fighting to keep families together and kids from other countries a chance to start a life in America, especially with everything going on with president.

Their area of practice includes police and correctional brutality, wrongful convictions, and prisoners’ rights. I’m interested in working there because they’re helping innocent people not get convicted for crimes they didn’t do and bringing justice to those who have suffered from police brutality. Both are major repeating issues I’ve witnessed and heard of in my community and I would like to see real change happen. As a paralegal, I’ll be able to help organize important documents and keep up with deadlines, important dates and interview victims. Making it easier for lawyers to properly and efficiently help as many people as they can.

b) This Firm is a mid-size general practice firm with locations in Florida and New York dealing with medical malpractice, immigration, Insurance, Personal Injury, and many more. The Firm interests me because they seem to have a very put together and professional team and I would like to learn from attorneys like them. According to the YouTube video on their website they are interested in teaching new attorneys how to be better lawyers for their clients and they care about their clients experience. I am also interested in this firm and believe I would like to work there because it is a general practice and I would like to learn a bit of everything at least in the beginning to find an area that interests me the most.

This is a government office that works on Social Security and disability cases. The lawyers and judges here review appeals when someone is denied benefits, like disability or retirement income. I am interested in this office because it focuses on helping people who really need support. As a paralegal, I would help organize case files, review records, and assist with hearings. I think it is meaningful work because it connects law with everyday life and makes sure people are treated fairly.
