Where do you want to work?

a) Spodek Law Group, 195 Montague St 14th floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (As well as other office locations in lower Manhattan)

b) Spodek Law Group is a criminal defense law firm with multiple offices in the Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan area. Judging by the attorneys listed on their website listed below, one of whom happens to have graduated from City Tech as a paralegal (small world), it seems to be a smaller sized firm with less than 10 attorneys. Spodek law Group seems to branch into multiple areas of criminal defense (state and federal) and surprisingly, divorce matters as well.

Spodek Law Group interests me due to it’s office locations, I would like to stay close to Brooklyn/ lower Manhattan, and in general, I’ve heard that the general attitude and environment (as well as the clientele at times) are generally less……….uptight. Although I’ve also heard that cranky inmates like to levy threats during attorney client meetings, so I may be experiencing some entertaining meetings. Yay me.

I believe I do well in a more relaxed environment, and if I were to be in a client facing role it would benefit me, the client, and ultimately the firm as a whole. Below is a link to one of Spodek’s webpages.

  1. A) Weberman Business Law P.C. , 347 5th Ave #1402, New York, NY 10016

    B) Weberman Business Law P.C. is law office that practices in corporate law business that includes venture capital and fundraising, intellectual property, and employment law. His business is a small business that has three locations.

Weberman Business Law P.C. interest me due to it’s work with business startups and growth stage companies which involve business formation as I want to become a corporate Law attorney, its been my goal since the end of middle school.

I believe that this place will be a great start as I won’t have too much pressure put on me because its a small law business but after being in that company I believe I would be able to develop great skills and aim to probably open my own law firm to pursue my goal in being the best.
