I would like to work at this law office because as I researched it, I came across reviews saying that while the firm hires people who are “smart, hard-working, personable, and resourceful” they also use a person’s personality to judge whether or not they may get hired. The review also said that the firm culture was “liberal, mostly laid back, and flexible” Out of all the firms I looked into this really stood out to me because if they use personality as a category for hiring and the firm culture is described as “liberal and laid back” then I feel like I may fit right in. The firm was founded as an entertainment law boutique firm. I believe they do various kinds of work because on the website I see that they have categories for different kinds of law. However, if I was to work there, I would go into family law.
