Congested Cat productions is mainly based in Long Island, but there really isn’t a specific meeting place for the company. The work given to me is usually done from my own home. I think this benefits me a lot because of the fact that I’m very comfortable and cozy. This helps me meet deadlines much easier and save money on commuting costs. Due to the informal nature of the company there isn’t a need to adress my higher ups a certain way. Being that my supervisors are close to to me in in age (i’m 22) , there’s that benefit of them relating to you more and a sense of comraderie, but I still like to communicate with them in a way that doesnt look as if i’m being too informal and comes off as respectful.
