Brooklyn Center for the Arts Seeking 2 Interns for this Fall/Possible Spring 2020 also

Dear future interns,

The Brooklyn Center for the Arts is seeking 2 interns for this semester and the spot could continue until Spring if necessary if you are thinking of enrolling in COMD 4900 in the Spring. They are looking for interns to help with graphic design and also work on their website and their social media presence. Complete Job Description is below, along with contact information:

Applicants must have completed at least one year towards a Bachelor’s or an Associate’s Degree
– Must be able to demonstrate an ability to create graphics for production at professional printing establishments
– Proficient utilizing all the necessary software programs necessary to produce a high quality professional work product.
– Proficient with Illustrator, photoshop, and other software tools is required

The Brooklyn Center for the Arts (BCA) is the result of a vision to build a world-class facility for the arts, so that residents’ of Brooklyn and beyond can tap into, develop and perfect their natural gifting. The heart of the vision is to provide superior instruction in all the artistic disciplines – Dance, Instrumental Music (i.e. Keyboard, Trumpet, Saxophone, Strings, World Music [steel pan], Percussion) Vocal, Drama, Visual Arts and more. BCA programs are year-round providing in-school, after-school and summer programming. To date we have catered to over 3,000 pre-school, elementary aged children, middle school aged children and teenagers.
