You’ve probably hit a snag while registering, saying that you need department permission. Its TRUE!
You must consult with your COMD advisor to register for these classes. You can ONLY register for the section that fits your specialization.
(Yes, you need to speak to an advisor to get permission.)
Please note that when registering, you will see two sections per class. These are your Lecture (LEC) section AND your independent study (IND) or Fieldwork (FLD) section, which are required for the class and indicated as Hybrid.
Know which sections of Senior Project and Portfolio you need to register AND get permissions for. It’s based on the work you are looking to produce in each class.
