Topic- How does pollution affect global climate change?

K-Know: I know global climate change is dominated by human influences, which are now large enough to exceed the bounds of natural variability. Though there have been previous periods of climate change, since the mid-20th century the rate of human impact on Earth’s climate system and the global scale of that impact have been unprecedented. That human activity has caused climate change is not disputed by any scientific body of the nation.

W-Want: I want to know why the largest driver has been more than 90% are carbon dioxide and methane? For people who don’t know Methane is gas that is found in small quantities in Earth’s atmosphere. Methane is the simplest hydrocarbon, consisting of one carbon atom and four hydrogen atoms. Why can some time fuel cause flammable?

L-Learned: Fossil fuel burning for energy consumption is the main source of these emissions, with additional contributions from agriculture, deforestation, and industrial processes. Temperatures rise is accelerated or tempered by climate feedbacks, such as loss of sunlight-reflecting snow and ice cover, increased water vapour, and changes to land and ocean carbon sinks. Land surfaces heat faster than ocean surfaces, deserts are expanding and heat waves and wildfires are more common. Increasing atmospheric energy and rates of evaporation cause more intense storms and weather extremes. Rising temperatures are limiting ocean productivity and harming fish stocks in most parts of the globe. Environmental effects include the extinction or relocation of many species as their ecosystems change, most immediately in coral reefs, mountains and the arctic.

+-Still want to know: Why can some time fuel cause flammable? What can we do to not have problems with the changes for the land and ocean? Which damages infrastructure and agriculture? How will the environment be affected by the word in the future?

Germaine, your topic is timely and relevant, and it looks like you’ve covered a lot the bases that you need to. However, I don’t understand your question, “Why can some time fuel cause flammable?” Please clarify the question since you raise it twice in your response.

The overall question in my blog will be, “How does pollution affect global climate change?” The question you did not understand can be written as, “How does climate change cause environmental disasters, such as forest fires?” This question can help me write details in the body paragraphs. Please let me know if this clarifies your question.
