GDI Construction LLC is the construction division of parent company, Maddd Equities, LLC. Maddd Equities / GDI purchases and develops their own properties. GDI is looking to hire a minimum of 2 Entry Level Assistant Project Managers to assist on 2 construction projects (Ground-Up & Fit-Out). They are sharing an open position for Carpenter, Level TC-5 within the Maintenance and Alteration Unit. This is a role for an experienced tradesperson, requiring a minimum of seven years of progressive work experience in the area of general building construction and maintenance services, including the use of tools and equipment for this trade is required. The salary range is $80,000 to 99,000 depending on level of experience, with benefits.

The NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is accepting applications for our Civil Service Pathways Fellowship. This full-time two-year program is hosted by DCAS in collaboration with CUNY, offering City benefits and a competitive salary. Adem Muratovic, Construction Management Technology AAS class of 2020 and Facilities Management BTech class of 2021, is currently pursuing his MBA at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a concentration in Sustainability and Management. Adem currently serves as an Environmental Remediation Consultant for ATKO Construction, an environmental remediation (asbestos/lead/mold) firm, servicing building management firms and landlords across NYC metropolitan area ensuring safe and healthy homes for NYC residents.
