In a fixed mindset, you come to believe that your skills and talents are fixed. The BSN program taught me many new skills that has allowed me to grow. I have learned that challenges and learning are opportunities and that failure is an opportunity for growth. Learning is a constant involvement of expansion, difficulty, repetition, and mastery. Now that I have successfully completed the BSN program, I am searching for new challenges and opportunities. I can say that I am responsible for my own learning and growth, and also responsible for setting up paths for continuing my own learning. Life is about life long learning.
