I grant City Tech Writer permission to publish my submitted work, “About the Author” bio, and artist statement.

I grant City Tech Writer permission to edit my work (for length, clarity, content, structure, form, and/or publication standards of correct usage). I understand that if I reject City Tech Writer’s edits, my work will not be published.

I agree to read my published work at City Tech Writer’s Volume 21 Launch Party, OR to be filmed reading my work/discussing my art by City Tech Writer’s editorial team at the time of their choosing. I understand that if I do not perform work, my work will not be published.

I grant City Tech Writer permission to share excerpts of my submitted work and performance on their social channels, website, and other promotional materials.

I confirm that my submitted work is entirely my own, and does not feature work plagiarized from another student, published author, or generative AI.

I confirm that I am aware of the CUNY Policy on Academic Integrity, and City Tech’s process for reporting students who violate that policy.

I acknowledge that if City Tech Writer’s editorial team determines I have submitted plagiarized or AI-generated work, 1) they will report me for violating the CUNY Policy on Academic Integrity, and 2) my work will not be published.
