The Personnel Committee shall be responsible for the reviewing and development of policies and practices, not assumed by Board of Trustees’ Bylaws or existing contractual agreements, relating to instructional staff. The committee is also responsible for development and continuing review of criteria and procedures for the evaluation of administrators appointed by the President of the College and shall be responsible for seeing that there are periodic evaluations of all such administrators. It shall in addition be responsible for investigating claims of infringement on academic freedom and report in writing to college council on their findings.
