Biography

As a child, I knew not what I wanted to do with my life. As an adult, I still have little idea but at least I have a direction. When I first entered New York City College of Technology, I thought I wanted to create video games and I enrolled in the Graphic Arts and Advertisement program. Instead of learning about how to create graphics, I learned about printing. It turns out that I have an “eye” for spotting mistakes in printing especially in regards to colors. It is amusing in the sense that I am similar to grandfather before me. I have taken in interest in printing such as black and white printing, and four color printing.

It seems I am best at spotting mistakes in color reproduction. While I am not certain that this is the path I want to take, it is at the very least, an interesting experience and as they say “nothing ventured, nothing gained”. If I can find a prosperous future in this industry, so be it . As it stands I wish to cover as many bases in terms of this industry, from Production Management, to Imposition, Plates and Proofs, and Color Theory, hopeful to find where my both my curiosity and new found interest can lead me.
