While I haven’t had a one on one mentor, I have had the chance to interact with my supervisor and the Chairman. One person I would consider as a role model is my supervisor, the Communications and Marketing Director.
His clear communication, organizational skills, and dedication to his work have inspired me. He always provides thoughtful feedback and guidance, which has helped me grow in my role. His professionalism and approach to leadership are qualities I admire and hope to incorporate into my own career.
This internship has shown me how valuable role models and mentors are, as their guidance can greatly influence and shape one’s professional growth.
