Internship Culture

My internship is fully remote, so there is no formal dress code. I chose a remote internship because I also work full time and go to school, so it fits better with my schedule. For any video meetings, I make sure to dress professionally. Since I work from home, my workstation is just my personal laptop.

The company is very flexible and collaborative, and we communicate through Microsoft Teams. My tasks are assigned with clear deadlines, which helps me manage my time well. I was given five tasks total, with one due each week.

There are no set work hours, but I’m expected to complete and submit each assignment on time. Since I create my own schedule, I don’t need a set lunch break. The flexibility allows me to work at my own pace while still being able to reach out to my supervisor for support if I need it.
