Value/Texture Collage

A Value/Texture Collage assignment for ADV1100

This was an assignment where we were required to display value and texture in a collage, using only grayscale pieces cut out from magazines and ads.

This piece used gradation, repetition, balance, harmony, unity, converging lines, visual texture, and symmetrical balance.

Through this assignment, I had to learn patience and differentiation of very similar colors, and having to balance these similar and different colors to achieve an effect that would be visually appealing.
