Hi everyone my major is Electrical Engineering Technology and I am technically a senior. I am currently in Buffalo, NY because I have a lease that ends at the end of June. In buffalo I work at Polo Ralph Lauren and back home in Queens, New York I work at a supermarket. I been in Buffalo for about 5 years now and this is because I was perusing a degree in Psychology and Spanish at the University at Buffalo and graduated with my bachelor’s last semester.
I am a senior transfer because I have so many credits. Really don’t know where I stand at City Tech. The reason why I had to finish University at Buffalo with a Psychology degree is because I suffered a brain aneurysm and couldn’t really push myself to finish a engineering degree which I initially started with University at Buffalo. It really hurt me that I couldn’t finish my degree then so I did a adult purchase of a puppy to pass time. He has been the greatest thing to happen to me and he goes on all the adventures I go on like Yellowstone, rocky mountains and the Catskills. I realized I needed to finish my engineering degree to give him a spoiled life and that is what brought me here to City Tech.
I’m so sorry to hear about your aneurysm. That’s no joke! Very very glad you’re doing well. I also have to say that Yellowstone is one of my favorite places on Earth. My family started going there when I was a kid, and my Yellow Lab and I spent a couple of wonderful summers in West Yellowstone some years ago. Dogs are great! We don’t deserve them :-).
