The phrase that I am picking is “Treat people how you want to be treated”. The reason I picked this one is because my people in this day and age don’t follow through with it and my people are still not nice to one another this causes people to be raciest, sexist and many other things. Many people still don’t Make an effort to respect even the unrespectable. One example is a” inevitably circumstances in which you were or were made out to be the bad guy, and others made no effort to respect your role in the matter, or went out of their way to demolish your integrity or reputation.” Another thing is if you Hold onto your anger you will only harm yourself and make it harder for you to feeling love and compassion. What I would like my readers to learn from this is to stop thinking someone is better than anyone else. Also, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Do not speak disparagingly about someone just because you disapprove of him. Focus less on punishing those who cross you or others and choose to guide them into a better frame of mind. One last example is “Even the Messiah sat down and ate dinner with the sinners. And if only in your mind, you can do the same. Whether others treat you with kindness and compassion has no bearing on how you treat them. Become the compassion and respect you want to receive.” Teach them not only the error of their ways, but the error in their thinking. Finally, the technique that I can borrow from Diaz is karma/fuku because it teaches us that there is justice to those who think less of people.

One thing I find interesting about this whole idea is that it’s really the underpinning of almost all religious beliefs. I don’t know if you want to dig into that or not, but it’s just something I thought of (and think of occasionally anyway). So for you, the challenge is to show us that word in action, people doing and saying both good and bad. Looking forward to this.
