This is very simple, with only two major branches and not a lot of interesting choosing going on. I would suggest added a moderate branch in at least one of the major branches just to make it less linear and one-dimensional. In addition, the story feels pretty thin in that the main character doesn’t seem to be very interesting or have something they have to really resolve. I’ll have to see how the narrative goes to determine whether this is an interesting story or not and/or meets the requirements for content based on the Unit 2 work. So far so good, however.
This OpenLab site accompanies Jackie Blain’s ENG 1101 course for Fall2020 which is part of the First Year Learning Community “Game On, Python!” The Course Materials are here (Assignments, Resources, How-to Videos) as well as the Class Discussion blogs. We’re all about writing in multiple digital and analogue situations, for multiple purposes… and investigating and talking about issues by asking questions. Lots of questions.
To get in touch with Prof Blain, either drop me a text on our Slack channel or email me at DBlain@citytech.cuny.edu.
