To lose your life over a selfie, really shows how ignorant our generation has become. What makes selfies so popular is how much likes and views we give them. So when someone sees the opportunity to capture a selfie that might cause harm, we tend to forget it’s just a photo. We get so caught up in trying to have the most likes and views that we don’t even appreciate the real life moment we could be experiencing. To make ban free selfie zones isn’t the answer. It probably would just start a trend, and just make selfies that more popular. The way we bring this to an end is by not valuing the photo but instead the actually moment the photo supposes to represent.
