• Images of the materials- facade, glazing, railings, terraces….
• Entrances, windows, balconies, roof terraces, railings (42″ high min)
• How these elements relate to the site – location of entrance, garbage, mail, parking/bike or car?, walking paths, private, semi public or public….

On your blog you should be up to date:

• Precedent Studies
• Site analysis
• Special Zoning study
• 1,2,3 bedroom floorpans
• Concept models/Collages
• Conceptual plans, 3ds, models= studies of progress (should have multiple iterations)*
• Site plan showing images of what type of outdoor spaces/amenities*
• Typical floor plan of one of the apartment floors*
• Typical ground floor plan*

*These are what you are currently working on

Overtime you update your plans/3d you need to post – even if it is a screenshot or a sketch

Looking ahead – site sections, building sections, elevations, roof plan/site plan….master plan if your concept was across the whole site (sites 1-4)

Tuesday April 21           Due:  sections and plans on site –

• ground floor plan
• a typical upper floor plan showing cores.
• At a minimum the corridor must be shown and a +/- 30′ strip for apartments.
• Section through site

Thursday April 23           Site amenities – site landscape

• site plan of your site showing building footprints and paths, roadways
• images of landscaped areas collaged on site plan
