Here are the requirements for the Final Project.
Presentation will be Wednesday May 15th 8:30-11:25am.
ALL PROJECTS ARE DUE AT 8:30AM in the X DRive. You will be selected randomly to present and must be ready or will be marked absent and lose 10pts.
5 bonus pts for a site plan with shade and shadows
We will finish all presentations.
Requirements:
- Floorplans showing flooring, furniture in plans and images on sheet – in color (rendered)
2 .Blow ups of each room type – showing in detail the layout with all materials and SF.(4 sheets- single, 4 beds, 6 beds, and 8 beds – pick a typical room layout to show)
3. Building Sections – Min, 2 – with people, showing the sidewalks, trees, furniture, colored – cut the section where you did the section for project 1 and use that section with your new project on top(rendered)
4. Elevation – Union Street and the Gowanus Canal side – showing people, trees, adjacent bldgs, exterior material images on the sheet
5. Reflected ceiling plan of Lobby Floor – also show images of lights being selected and include a legend
6. Kitchen plan blow up, interior Elevations and images of all materials.
7. Interior or exterior images – 3D Renderings showing your project – key views.
Include: precedent study, logo design, concept model development
Design development from logo design into your design will be 20% of your grade – you will want to show this development as part of your presentation.

All final corrected projects are due 5/20/19 in class at 10am. All students must attend class on Monday by 10am and bring your projects and save with Prof Lia. Late projects and those not presented will be penalized. 10pts for not presenting and 10pts for each day projects are late. This will also be the last day we will take any corrections for project 1.
