   1. Are you planning on having more kids?

   Yea I”am planning on having a new born coming soon and would like a room privately for the baby with walls that block of any sound.

   2. Do you usually have guests?

   No i dont usually have guests im always on the road and to work bit i like to have a big living room with lots of light and a sense of modern architecture as a theme

   3. Which part of the house would be most important to you?

   The living room and the master bedroom are the most important for me, i like to play movies alot so a nice wall with a projector would be perfect

   No i do not plan on renting rooms out

   5. Do you need your own room for workspace? For hobbies?

   Yes i need my own space for my work and my wife would also prefer her own studio

   I like to draw and use light for all my projects

   6. What is your budget if any?

   My budget would be 400,000USD

   7. Should there be a room with a special purpose? Gym, etc

   I am very find of working out an yes i would like a gym with a swimming pool or aither a hot tub

   8. Do you have any specific dislikes? in terms of Colors, design, green thumb etc

   I dislike the coler yellow and im not sure about the futre baby being planned so a nice color thats unisex would do great

   My favorite colors are navy and white

   Also red

   Those are my primary ones but id prefer navy and white

   9. How is your social life? Do you prefer to be in private?

   I am usually private but sometimes i invite co workers for a small get together and drinks so a small bar would be the perfect treat for me

   10. Do you prefer natural sunlight?
   Yes i prefer natural sunlight in the morning as it helps me out to wake up for work
