Some of you had problems doing this at home:
- you need to make sure you can see the .ppt extension when you do the renaming. Go to the folder to view the file. Select the view ribbon from the menu and then select the options button.
- In the options look under “change folder and search options” then select the view tab.
- Look for the option “hide extensions for known file types” and deselect it.
- Now try to rename the file again – the file must end .rvt
