Good afternoon Professor. I wanted to ask a question about our Project. For our essay, would you like us to structure it into different paragraphs, or one long paragraph? Thanks and hope to hear from you soon

Good question! Project #1 should definitely be made up of paragraphs. If you need help figuring out how to break it into paragraphs, we can meet and talk about that. One way to do it is to make notes in the margin about what every 5-10 or so lines are about. Where you see transitions from one topic to another, that’s likely where to break your paragraphs. This page on paragraphs from the Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL) might be helpful. It’s geared toward more formal writing than this narrative needs to be, but it is in general a good guide. Let me know how this works for you!
