Looking at different ways of sealing seams with joint compound and joint tape

joint tape seem to work the best while just joint compound cracked when it cured. The sheet rock tape came out bumpy with the texture showing though, it could have been fixed with more joint compound.

 

The floors and wall textures

the best results came from using homosote bricks and joint compound grout lines

The floor looked great with the panel texture tool

the first walls had heavy cracking with foam and watered down joint compound.
