A realist set for the Vassar’s Power House theater, F2M takes place in the grounded world of Ohio and uses different parts of the stage to cut from the main apartment to a hotel room, and a therapist office.

Phase one is analyzing the script and and action to understand the substance of the play and how to make the stage function practically for the director.

Phase two is creating a comprehensive budget that covers all materials  and labor. This involves making choices in construction methods, choosing how to design each elements, and making finding the construction time, load-in, and strike time for the each element.
