Is Biden Waiting in the Wings?

Is Vice-President Joe Biden waiting in the wings to make an entrance on the stage of Democratic presidential candidates?

As it is now, the only two candidates getting serious attention are Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, though Maryland’s former governor Martin O’Malley, former U.S. Senator Jim Webb of Virginia, and former U.S. Senator Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island are all in the race.  A few months ago, the universal assumption was that Hillary Clinton would be the clear nominee.  But that’s starting to change.  Not many expect Bernie Sanders to win, but if Joe Biden enters the race, at the very least, he will get serious attention.
