  1. The more knowledge that is given to us the better equipped we are to want to make change and help ourselves. I learned from our readings that my body, it’s genes, the way that I think, the people and surroundings have an impact on my health. Not being able to handle stress and anxiety can affect my health by producing stress hormones such as catecholamine and glucocorticoids. Exercise will have a positive effect and help me deal with stress better. Sometimes life gets very busy with family, work and school but we have to make time to exercise. Getting out of our apartments into the outdoors sometimes helps make us feel better by itself because it is a different environment.
