Field trip to SVA (School of Visual Arts)
In this trip we went to School Of Visual Arts located 133/141 West 21 Street New York, NY 10011, to see exhibition call “here is new York Revisited,”. in this exhibition they had been showing 5000 images submitted by 3000 photographers of all walks of life, during the devastation of 9/11. the exhibition captures a community’s attempt to grapple with events that continue to haunt both the city and the nation, in observance of the 10th anniversary of 9/11. the goal behind this trip was to teach our eyes how to analyze the photos and understand the idea of each picture. this project was to select three different photos from the gallery and write at least one paragraph explain what you see as a graphic designer.
