For my scene project I used the Rom13 magazine as my inspiration, because in terms of layout it looked very similar the Joshua magazine we studied in class; It had a simple layout that relied mostly on showcasing the images in one page, while the concentration of text (body copy mostly) displayed on the second page of the spread. This made for a clean and sophisticated look.
