Lighting a show well is something that takes immense preparation and controlled, structured delivery. I’m doing all that I can to learn this discipline to the best of my ability. At school I’m enrolled in 2 lighting specific courses for the Spring semester ‘Lighting Controls for Stage and Studio’ and ‘Lighting Production Techniques’. The former involves learning how to operate lighting control consoles (structured delivery) and the latter involves learning the various methods and approaches to lighting a show (immense preparation).
