Today in class we learned about the inverse square law, and practiced it on stuffed animals as subjects. A heavy emphasis was placed upon contrast to illustrate different emotions within the subjects. The picture I chose was my personal favorite mainly because of it’s wide array of lighting and how it makes a friendly looking stuff animal look sinister.

This is a good example of using light to make something that is cute and friendly look more complex.
