Patient M.N. 43 year old Hispanic male who has never had dental care in his life time. H/II with severe BOP and inflammation and generalized heavy supragingival and subgingival calculus deposits. Scaled LL quadrant:













 Patient R.S. 32 year old male H/I who visits the dentist every 3 months. Supragingival calculus presents on lower anteriors facially as well as a gingival graft.
