My name is Ana De Sa Martins and I am a Hospitality Management student and food enthusiast living in New York City. After graduating from The Institute of Culinary Education with a Culinary Arts Diploma in 2013, I enrolled in New York City College of Technology to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and further my education in Food and Beverage Management. I enjoy sharing my cooking with friends and family. However, my true passion is to explore the diverse restaurant scene of New York and share my experience, opinion and recommendations with other young food enthusiasts like me. I also have an innate sense for hospitality, which in the future I plan to combine with my passion with food to open a successful restaurant.
