Video Self-Portrait

For this project, we had to make an introduction video about ourselves like whats our name, our career, hobbies, etc. We did this project in Premiere Pro and having already used this software before I got creative with this video. What we needed in the video was a beginning with an open title card, the middle where we recorded our introduction, and an end which was the end credits. For the opening, I tried to replicate that menu screen you get when you buy a movie where it says play, extras, options, etc. I remember using keyframes for the opening where it switched between pictures that described me as a person. Then the video of me introducing myself started I tried keeping the video interesting by having a dog walking by the screen and having images pop out. I also so background music but made sure it wasn’t too loud for the viewers. Finally, when the video ended I just had lots of text scrolling which had to be done keepframing. Overall I had lots of fun with this project.
