BrooklynHardCandy,a craft American candy company, was built from using the best ingredients to make the finest product which was started by two friends  Nathan Panum and Daniel Mowles was in 2010. Nathan realized that no one was making hard candy from scratch locally. Made with modern formulas but handcrafted with old school techniques, the candies are made in copper candy kettles in small batches. Nathan and Daniel made a system of rolling instead of pulling, that traps air into the warm, flexible candy that are made in long strands, then cutting them into bite-size pieces that harden as they cool. There 12 different flavors from wild berry to ginger that price at $8 each. BrooklynHardCandy are sold in recyclable packaging that made in the USA.
