Interested in finding out more about City Tech’s new OpenLab ? Join us for a workshop!
The OpenLab is a open digital platform for teaching, learning, and collaboration, and a key component of City Tech’s Title V grant-funded initiative “A Living Laboratory: Redesigning General Education for a
21st-Century College of Technology.”
Workshops are open to all City Tech faculty and staff.
*Stipends will be available for part-time faculty.*
RSVP to OpenLab@citytech.cuny.edu. Please specify workshop date(s), your department/office, and title.
Tuesday, 11/15, 3:00-4:00—Intro to the OpenLab
You will create an OpenLab account in this workshop. Please be sure to have an active City Tech email account and to bring a digital photo for your avatar.

Wednesday, 11/16, 10:00-11:00—Creating a Course on the OpenLab
You will create a course on the OpenLab in this workshop. You will need an activated OpenLab account.

Wednesday, 11/30, 4:00-5:00—Using the OpenLab for Your Courses
You will learn more about courses on the OpenLab. You will need an activated OpenLab account, and will have either attended Workshop 2 or have prior experience with WordPress.

Come to ask questions, get help, or learn more about using the OpenLab.
